Four new members to reinforce the Appeal Tribunal of the Gymnastics Ethics Foundation

In view of the increasing number of cases dealt with by the Gymnastics Ethics Foundation, the Council recently decided to expand the capacity of the Appeal Tribunal.

It appointed the following new members, who have already taken up their roles:

• Mr Richard Bush;

• Mr Jan Kleiner;

• Ms Catherine Pitre; and

• Ms Kendrah Potts.

The functions of the Appeal Tribunal are to hear and decide the appeals lodged by any federation, gymnast, judge, or other person directly affected by a decision of the Disciplinary Commission; and hear and decide appeals against sanctions imposed during competitions (as provided for under the FIG Statutes).
