The Gymnastics Ethics Foundation (GEF) is looking for an experienced case manager to support the GEF Safeguarding and Compliance Sections in a new full-time position. The ideal candidate, with a university degree in law or advocacy, will have disciplinary case management experience in a sports context. In addition, experience with safeguarding proceedings would be an advantage.
Specific responsibilities include:
General case management (assessing and investigating complaints, drafting communications, documenting and tracking cases) for the GEF Safeguarding and Compliance Sections under the direction of the GEF Manager, Safeguarding and Operations
Carrying out and documenting interviews
Provide support to the GEF Safeguarding and Compliance Section as and when needed with respect to safeguarding and disciplinary proceedings
Draft legal submissions (notice of charges) and provide support and/or advocate at hearings
Monitor developments in safeguarding and integrity matters at the international level and national level
Assist with developing content for communications and safeguarding training (e.g. news updates, safeguarding training for various stakeholders)
Provide support for developing/updating GEF internal regulations and policies
Undertake other related ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required
